KLUBERSYNTH UH1 14-151

Klübersynth UH1 14-151 was specially developed for the food and pharmaceutical industry. Klübersynth UH1 14-151 shows very good anti-wear properties, water resistance and corrosion protection as well as high aging and oxidation stabilities.

Klübersynth UH1 14-151 is NSF H1 registered and thus complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant has been developed for points where there is a risk of incidental contact with packaging materials and products in the food preparation, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klübersynth UH1 14-151 contributes to increasing the safety of production processes. We still recommend performing an additional risk analysis such as HACCP.

It is used for machines and equipment in the food processing and pharmaceutical industries, especially for lubrication points that may come into incidental and technically unavoidable contact with the food product. However, to avoid problems that may arise from lubricant contamination, we recommend that all lubrication points be lubricated with Klübersynth UH1 14-31. This special grease is suitable for rolling and sliding bearings, lifting cylinders, joints, guide rods, cams, etc. oils
Klübersynth UH1 14-151 can be applied via brush, spatula, grease gun and grease cartridge or automatic lubrication systems. When switching from other greases to Klübersynth UH1 14-151, the bearings must be cleaned and greased. If the existing grease is miscible with our product, replacement can be done by relubrication.

Excellent corrosion protection reduces the risk of premature bearing failure.
In central lubrication systems, insufficient lubrication is prevented thanks to very good pumpability.
Thanks to its soft consistency and viscosity, it offers a wide operating temperature range.
It is ISO 21469 certified and supports compliance with hygiene requirements on your production line.
