Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 is a synthetic high performance lubricating grease. The product is NSF H1 registered and thus complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. 178.3570. The use of NSF H1 registered Klübersynth UH1 14-31 contributes to increasing the safety of production processes. This needs to be considered not in isolation, but in parallel with other appropriate actions that must be undertaken by a food manufacturing plant to ensure that food can be produced safely. Its soft consistency, good wear protection and friction load level 11 in the FZG test ensure good oil distribution and less wear in the gear.

It provides better pumpability thanks to its soft consistency.
It extends the life of the equipment thanks to the special thickener that offers excellent adhesion and good corrosion protection.

Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 has been specially developed for lubrication points in machines, installations and equipment in the food and pharmaceutical industries, where incidental and technical contact with food products may be unavoidable. Formulated for use as a liquid gear grease for immersion lubrication of teeth, worm gears and chains that run smoother when lubricated with a mild grease.
Klübersynth UH1 14-1600 can be applied with brush, spatula, grease gun or central lubrication systems. When switching from other greases to Klübersynth UH1 14-1600, all lubrication and friction points and gearboxes must be thoroughly cleaned. If the greases are miscible, relubrication is sufficient. However, used grease on gears should be removed as much as possible.
The product can normally be applied via centralized lubrication systems. However, one point that should be noted is that, due to system settings and application conditions, the pumpability of the product must be approved by the system supplier for each application. We are ready to help when necessary.
A feature of this product is that its studied penetration increases very quickly. It quickly becomes very soft (about 6 months) thus falling outside the stated working penetration range.
