KLUBERGREASE LFT 71-402

Klübergrease LFT 71-402 is specially formulated for the trouble-free operation of rod connections. It does not contain heavy metals and black solid lubricants. It consists of semi-synthetic base oil and polyurea thickener. The special additives it contains increase adhesion on steel and plastic materials and also improve the damping effect between friction surfaces. Compared to standard greases, lower starting and operating torques were achieved with Klübergrease LFT 71-402 in rod connections. It has been observed that in a joint installed with Klübergrease LFT 71-402, the difference between static and dynamic friction is reduced and, as a result, the effect of intermittent movement is reduced. The interaction between Klübergrease LFT 71-402 and chloroprene rubber (CR) material is within narrow limits set by users.

Klübergrease LFT 71-402 is suitable for rod joints with a sealed steel-plastic material combination that are subject to oscillation, angular bending, rotation as well as high-frequency vibration.
Klübegrease LFT 71-402 is used in the automobile industry for wheel connections, steering shafts and connecting arms, control arms, tie rods, tie rod ends, stabilizer bars, etc. It has been specially tested and accepted to provide lifelong problem-free lubrication for elements such as.
Klübergrease LFT 71-402 can be applied with brush, grease gun or automatic dosing systems.
