KLUBERSYNTH BZ 68-400

For you as an operator of wind power plants, downtime means high costs and laborious maintenance. Downtime is often due to rolling bearing damage caused by hardened residues. Klübersynth BZ 68- 400 is a solution destined precisely for this problem. As the cleaning grease removes these residues, bearing life is extended and downtime for maintenance reduced.

When developing Klübersynth BZ 68-400, particular care was taken to ensure it is compatible with other base oils for maximum versatility. Besides the good cleaning effect that removes residues from rolling bearings, Klübersynth BZ 68-400 offers good protection against wear and corrosion. Due to this combined effect, cleaning of the rolling bearings can take place during operation

  • Klübersynth BZ 68-400 was especially developed for cleaning the kinds of rolling bearings used, for example, in wind turbines. Due to its chemical composition and good compatibility with various base oils, Klübersynth BZ 68-400 can be used in many different kinds of rolling bearings. It should preferably be used prior to changing over to a different type of grease.
  • Klübersynth BZ 68-400 can be applied by means of a grease gun or other standard metering equipment. We recommend conducting a metering test in the original dosing device under real-life operating conditions. We also recommend having the grease applied by an experienced technician from Klüber Lubrication. Talk to us – we will be pleased to advise you.
  • Extend rolling bearing life through removal of residues
  • Low maintenance requirement due to ease of application
  • Higher component reliability due to effectively cleaned rolling bearings
  • Cost savings due to downtime reduction
