All chain users aim to minimize the amount of oil consumption in order to increase their profitability. They also prefer good wear protection and low residue formation to keep maintenance costs low.

Klübersynth CH 2 Series oils are designed for motion, control and transport chains operating at high temperatures. It was developed for applications such as surface treatment and coating of industrial products. Other applications where it is suitable to be used are as follows:

Conveyors used by automotive suppliers, metal processing enterprises, furniture, white goods manufacturers
Dryers, such as those used by drywall manufacturers.

Klüberoil CH 2 oils can be applied by dripping, automatic lubrication systems, oil cans or brushes. When using an automatic lubrication system, the manufacturer's recommendations, which include the maximum viscosity to be used, should be considered. Before serial applications, paint compatibility tests should be performed by the user, taking into account different paint systems and test criteria.

In case of contact with elastomers and plastics, the resistance of Klübersynth CH 2 oils must be checked. Please contact us to provide support to minimize lubrication intervals and amounts.

Synthetic ester oil for low continuous lubrication quantities at high temperatures up to 250°C.
