KLUBERSYNTH MR 96-31

Klübersynth MR 96-31 is a special lightweight lubricant consisting of polyglycol base oil and carefully selected solid particles. Our product provides sound dampening and smooth movement in many different plastics. Compatible with elastomers and plastics over a wide operating range.

Klübersynth MR 96-31 is used to lubricate the friction points of non-polar polymers such as PP or PE and elastomers such as EPDM. This product is also compatible with POM (homo- and copolymers) PBT or PA 6.6. Klübersynth MR 96-31 is used in barrels and slides made of amphoric polymers and non-polar materials with low crystallization properties.
Other application examples are:
Vehicle brakes, electric parking brake, small gears.
This product can be applied with spatula, brush, automatic grease gun, and central lubrication systems. We recommend that you perform a measurement test before using the lubrication device.

It is a versatile product compatible with many different elastomers and plastics such as EPDM, PP, HDPE.
It shows good compatibility with polymers in a wide operating range.
Reduces critical friction resistance in non-polar polymer materials.
Sound dampening and reduces vibration.
