KLUBERTEMP HB 53

Klübertemp HB 53-391 and Klübertemp HB 53-392 are synthetic long-term greases based on perfluorinated polyether oils. These are specially designed for the lubrication of roller bearings exposed to high loads and temperatures in continuous presses. Klübertemp HB 53 greases ensure a good oil supply to the bearing throughout the entire service interval and offer high thermal stability as well as protection against corrosion. Problematic interactions with aggressive chemicals such as glues have not been reported.

Klübertemp HB 53 greases are approved by the companies Siempelkamp, Krefeld/Germany, after extensive testing on bearing testing equipment and field tests on continuous presses.

Klübertemp HB 53-391 is used for initial lubrication in the factory. For more detailed information on application, please refer to the press manufacturers' maintenance instructions.

Compatibility with materials: Klübertemp HB 53 greases are compatible with plastics and elastomers and are generally neutral towards elastomers and plastics. However, material compatibility should be tested, especially before serial application.

Klübertemp HB 53 greases can be applied with grease dosing systems or automatic small quantity dosing pump systems used in continuous presses. For best lubrication results, we recommend cleaning the friction points with White Spirit 180/210. For initial lubrication, the friction points must be clean and shiny. (for example, free of oil, grease and moisture) and free of dirt and debris. We recommend using Klüberalfa XZ 3-1 to clean polyether oils, such as Klübertemp HB 53 greases. Klübertemp HB 53 greases are miscible with other lubricants containing the same base oil.

It provides high efficiency thanks to the long working life of the machines.
Approved and recommended for continuous presses in the wood industry.
It requires less maintenance due to longer lubrication periods.
