Klübertherm CH 2-100 is a fully synthetic high-temperature oil based on high-quality raw materials and the latest additive technology to provide considerable improvements in performance and cleanliness.
KLUBERTHERM CH 2-100
- Klübertherm CH 2-100 lubricates chains, pins and bending rods in continuous wood presses used for the manufacture of particle, MDF,
- HDF, THDF, OSB or LVL boards. It also lubricates the guide rollers and sliding rails.
- It is particularly suitable for wood presses of the type:
- Siempelkamp ContiRoll®
- Dieffenbacher Conti-Panel-System (CPS)
- Klübertherm CH 2-100 is applied to the chains, pins and bending rods by central lubrication systems.
- Reduced oil consumption due to considerably improved thermal stability at > 160 °C
- Less maintenance and cleaning required due to reduced fume formation and deposits
- Regenerates and dissolves pasty oil residues, reducing maintenance and downtime
- Longer component life due to improved compatibility with nonferrous metals
