KLUBEROIL 4 UH1-320 N

Klüberoil 4 UH1 N is a polyalphaolefin-based, high-performance multi-purpose oil and gear oil that can meet the increasing power density and increasing requirements of modern gears. Klüberoil 4 UH1 N contains high-level raw materials and improved additives that provide maximum performance in the lubrication of gear equipment.

Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N oils are NSF H1 registered and thus comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 for the food and pharmaceutical industry. These oils have been developed for points where there is a risk of incidental contact with packaging materials and products in the food, cosmetics, pharmaceutical and feed industries.

The use of Klüberoil 4 UH1 N oils contributes to increasing the safety of production processes. We still recommend performing an additional risk analysis such as HACCP.

It is IS0 21469 certified and supports compliance with hygiene requirements on your production line.

Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N meets the requirements according to DIN 51517-3, CLP with an ISO VG value of 68 to 680. Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N can be used in relevant gears without consulting the gear manufacturers, observing the general application notes.

The gears are effectively protected against wear even under extreme sudden loads, vibration and oscillation or in the absence of break-in lubrication. Good wear protection of gears and bearings ensures that lubricated equipment reaches its calculated operating life and thus achieves lower maintenance and repair costs.

Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N offers a much longer working life than mineral oils and white oils, thanks to the excellent aging and oxidation resistance of selected base oils; Thus, service intervals can be extended and maintenance costs can be reduced. Its low foaming tendency and anti-corrosion properties ensure trouble-free gear operation. It contributes to the prevention of leakage and contamination thanks to its good elastomer compatibility. Good viscosity-temperature behavior supports adequate film formation over a wide operating temperature range, even at high and rising temperatures.

  • Klüberoil 4 UH1 has been developed for the lubrication of spur, bevel and worm gears, bearings and connection points exposed to high loads, as well as lifting, drive and transport chains.
  • Klüberoil UH1 can be used by immersion, immersion circulation and injection methods. It is also possible to use Klübersynth drip feed lubricators, brushes, oil cans or suitable automatic lubrication systems. When using automatic lubrication systems, observe the manufacturer's instructions regarding the maximum permissible viscosity. Lower viscosities can also be used for spray lubrication.
  • Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N is miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbons. Before the first use of Klüberoil 4 UH 1 N, we recommend cleaning the gears and the entire system and flushing with new oil. Especially in accordance with the H1 certificate, mixing Klübreoil 4 UH1 oils with non-food grade oils should be avoided.
  • For use at permanent temperatures of maximum 80 °C, gaskets made of NBR can be used. For higher temperatures, seals made of FKM should be selected. It should be noted that elastomers from one or more manufacturers behave differently and should be tested.
  • To check the contact pattern during operation, the contact surface detection paint Klübertop P 39-462 Spray (Art. No. 081295) can be used.
