Klübersynth GE 4 75 W 90 is a polyalphaolefin (PAO) based, high performance, fully synthetic gear oil that provides high viscosity stability and protection even when exposed to impact loads. It is especially suitable for gears in railway vehicles.

This high-performance gear oil offers very high wear load capacity according to API GL-5 and can thus be used in gears that meet API GL-4 and API GL-5 requirements. Thanks to the excellent wear protection it provides for gears and bearings, it supports longer operating life for lubricated equipment and reduces maintenance costs. Thanks to its high micropitting resistance of GFT ≥ 10 according to FVA 54/7, it offers effective protection for gears exposed to high loads and is resistant to this type of damage.

The good viscosity stability of the synthetic base oil prevents thinning of the lubricant film even under high loads. Thanks to the excellent aging and oxidation stability of synthetic base oil, oil change intervals are much longer than mineral oils, thus reducing maintenance costs.

Good low temperature properties ensure reliable functions of gear components even at low temperatures. With its very good anti-foaming and anti-corrosion properties, operating safety is increased in lubricated equipment.

Klüberplex GE 11-680 is designed for the lubrication of open and closed spur and bevel gears, lifting spindles, slideways and guideways, large chain drives and sliding bearings. It is particularly suitable for elevated component temperatures and wherever adhesive lubricants containing solid lubricants should not be used.
Klüberplex GE 11-680 should preferably be used for the lubrication of tooth flanks. It is applied to the gears through automatic spray systems. Smaller drives are also lubricated through positive drip-feed equipment, by brush or a hand spray equipment (e. g. with the Klübermatic LB spray gun). Splash lubrication is possible for components operating at low circumferential speeds (< 3 m/s).

Klübersynth GE 4 75 W 90 is suitable for drives in railway vehicles, industrial robots, textile machines and forming presses.
Klübersynth GE 4 75 W 90 can be applied by immersion, circulation and oil injection. It is also possible to use Klübersynth drip feed lubricators, brushes, oil cans or suitable automatic lubrication systems.
