PRESPATE SEM 95-800 T

High performance lubricant for cold forming of sheet metal and tube parts.

It is very important to find oil that can protect the mold against wear during the metal shaping process. After the shaping process, the oil should be easily cleaned from the part surface. In this regard, PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB provide you with the support you need. Both products offer excellent lubrication performance, especially in thin or thick sheet metal and tube cold forming. This provides the opportunity to operate easily even in harsh environmental conditions that may lead to an increase in the wastage rate.

Since its lubrication properties are quite good, you can achieve high performance by using a very small amount of lubricant with PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB pastes. As a result, parts are easy to clean using water-based systems. PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T has been tried and tested in numerous applications. PRESSPATE TB should be preferred for bending processes that require higher performance.

You can use PRESSPATE SEM 95/800 T and PRESSPATE TB for a wide variety of applications in cold metal forming, especially sheet metal and tubes. This includes processes such as:

  • Drawing and deep drawing

  • Hydroformation
  • Bending tube using mandrel
