With Klüberfood NH1 94-120, developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing industry, we offer you a semi-fluid synthetic lubricating grease for rolling bearings, sliding guides and gears.

Klüberfood NH1 94-120 provides excellent protection against tribocorrosion, resistance to water and good adhesion. This lubricant is NSF H1-registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR §178.3570.

You can apply Klüberfood NH1 94-120 e.g. via centralised lubrication on multiple lubrication points such as gears, bearings, linear guides, ball screws, joints in a wide range of equipment in the food-processing industry (e.g. beverages, meat, fish processing, dairy, etc.):

filling machines
capping machines
PET blowing machines
seaming machines

Klüberfood NH1 94-120 can be applied by brush, spatula, manually by grease gun or centralised lubrication system.

If your production process does not allow cleaning, we recommend you to replace the existing grease by purging the system during relubrication.
