High temperature chain oils for the food and pharmaceutical industry.

Klüberfood NH1 CH 2 oils are synthetic high temperature chain oils. They provide very good wear protection with the additives they contain. These oils show low evaporation even at high temperatures.

Klüberfood NH1 CH 2 oils are NSF H1 registered and thus comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. These products have been developed for points where there is a risk of incidental contact with packaging materials and products in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfood NH1 CH 2 oils contributes to increasing the safety of production processes. We still recommend performing an additional risk analysis such as HACCP.

Klüberfood NH1 CH 2 oils are designed for the lubrication of all drive, control and transfer chains exposed to high temperatures and loads. These oils are particularly suitable for bakery and other high temperature chain applications in the food industry.
The product can be applied with brush, oil can or automatic lubrication systems.
When applied with an automatic lubrication system, the maximum viscosity value recommended by the machine manufacturer should be examined.
Before serial applications, paint compatibility tests should be performed by the user, taking into account different paint systems and test criteria.
In case of contact with elastomers and plastics, the compatibility of the materials must be checked.
Thanks to its low evaporation feature and high oxidation resistance, lubrication periods are extended and consumption amount is reduced.
