Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME meets these needs. It is used to lubricate chains in industrial furnaces operating at temperatures up to 650 °C. Special carrier fluid carries white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The transport liquid evaporates without leaving any organic residue. This helps you improve food safety in your facility. Since Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME does not contain graphite, contamination caused by black particles is prevented.

Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is NSF H1 registered and thus complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant has been developed for points where there is a risk of incidental contact with packaging materials and products in the food preparation, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries. The use of Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME contributes to increasing the safety of production processes. We still recommend performing an additional risk analysis such as HACCP. Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME provides excellent penetration with good lubricating properties and high dispersion stability.

The product, which contains NSF H1 registered white solid lubricants instead of black graphite, increases process safety in food production.

This product can be used for the lubrication of tray transport chains of industrial ovens in the food processing industry operating at very high temperatures, such as tray transport chains in bakery ovens commonly found in bread, tortilla and pizza production lines.
Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME can be applied with brush or central lubrication systems.
Before application, shake the package well to ensure proper mixing of solid particles. In central lubrication devices, we recommend that there be a propeller in the oil chamber that mixes the product homogeneously before each lubrication process.
Relubrication with Klüberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is carried out by cooling the chain to below 150 °C to prevent excessive smoke formation. There should be no food items present during the re-lubrication process. Production can continue after the oil reaches operating temperature and evaporates. Please provide adequate ventilation to evacuate smoke.
To achieve maximum performance, the product must be ensured to penetrate the friction points of the chain. Relubrication intervals of up to 2 weeks have been experienced. In cases where the product does not penetrate properly due to technical reasons such as low tolerance, we recommend contacting the machine OEM or chain manufacturer for support.
