CARTER SH 460
- Light and heavy duty gearboxes.
- Carter SH was developed using PAO (Polyalphaolefin) for closed gear drives to provide optimum gear protection against microwear and bearing protection against friction under very severe and difficult conditions such as high loads and high operating temperatures.
- Not compatible with PAG based lubricants.
- Superior resistance to oxidation and high thermal stability ensure reduced maintenance times.
- The very high natural viscosity index and low coefficient of friction save energy.
- Features that provide micropitting protection, preventing overpressure and abrasion.
- Excellent compatibility with gaskets and metals containing copper.
- Very low pour point providing excellent flow. Features for use in very low or arctic temperature conditions.
