High viscosity Polyurea Grease for high temperatures.
ALTIS HV 1
- ALTIS HV 1 is a high temperature and high viscosity lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea thickener.
- It is especially suitable for the lubrication of continuous casting flowers, wood pellet mills and other low speed, high temperature and high load applications.
- If the grease is used in a central lubrication system, operating temperatures up to 200°C are allowed.
- Exceptional high temperature performance – Ash-free thickener.
- Excellent resistance to water.
- Very good adhesion to metals.
- Excellent oxidation resistance.
- Excellent stainless and anti-corrosion properties.
- Compatibility with many common soaps.
- Can be easily injected and pumped in central systems
- ALTIS HV 1 does not contain lead or heavy metals that could harm human health and the environment.
Always avoid contamination of the grease with dust or dirt during application. Preferably use a pneumatic pump system or cartridges.
