High pressure resistant, adhesive aluminum complex open gear grease with solid lubricant.
COPAL OLG 0
- COPAL OGL 0 is specially formulated for the lubrication of open gears of rotary kilns, single and double pinion rotary kiln and mill gears and shafts under very harsh conditions. (eg: cement plants, paper mills).
- COPAL OGL 0 is also used to lubricate the teeth of open gears in applications such as sugar, iron and steel factories and wind turbines.
- With its excellent adhesion and load-shock resistance properties, COPAL OGL 0 protects gears, increases material strength and extends equipment life.
- COPAL OGL 0 contains solid lubricants that reduce the coefficient of friction, prevent wear at the tooth peak and base, and reduce energy consumption.
- Very good water resistance.
- Excellent anti-oxidant and anti-corrosion properties thanks to carefully selected additives.
- COPAL OGL 0 does not contain lead or heavy metals that may harm human health and the environment.
- Always avoid contamination of the grease with dust or dirt during application. Preferably use a well-tuned pneumatic pump and spray system to optimize the amount of grease sprayed and avoid lack of lubrication.
