MARTOL VB 68
- MARTOL VB 68 oil is a pure oil formulated for cold forming operations on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. They contain a special chlorine-free additive that provides high extreme pressure capacity.
- MARTOL VB 68 oils are especially recommended for cold forging operations: the manufacture of screws and bolts of all types, for example on "National" brand machines.
- MARTOL VB 68 oils can also be used in other shaping tasks:
pressing
curves, folding, bending.
- Excellent extreme pressure level: tool and die protection, providing adequate protection against jamming and oil film (tool/part interface) under high pressure, thus limiting tool wear.
- Resistance to oxidation: reduces consumption. MARTOL VB 68 oils are durable fluids that offer constant quality throughout production and also reduce costs by increasing oil change intervals.
- Rust protection: MARTOL VB 68 oils meet procedure B of the ASTM D 665 sand test (with synthetic seawater).
