Recommendations for Use

Before using the product, the vehicle's maintenance manual should be checked. Oil changes should be made according to the manufacturer's recommendations. The product should not be stored at temperatures above 60°C. It should be kept away from sunlight, intense cold and extreme temperature fluctuations. All packaging must be protected against bad weather conditions. Drums should be stored horizontally to avoid possible contamination with water and damage to the product label.

Health, Safety and Environment

Based on the available toxicological information, the product does not have any adverse health effects if used in accordance with the recommendations in the Safety Data Sheet and the stated intended use. The product should not be used for any purpose other than the specified areas of use. When disposing of the product after use, please comply with the relevant legislation of the Republic of Turkey and protect the environment.

RUBIA WORKS 1000 15W-40 is especially suitable for engines used in earthmoving activities (quarries, construction, mining...etc). It can also be used in on-highway heavy diesel engines thanks to numerous manufacturer approvals.
It is generally intended for engines that have to operate at full load or during repeated acceleration and idling phases for long periods of time in dusty and hot environments.
RUBIA WORKS 1000 15W-40 is suitable for engines meeting Euro Stage IIIA or US EPA Tier 3 standards, and for on-road engines meeting Euro 5 or US EPA-07 standards and earlier.
It meets the needs of American, European and Japanese vehicle manufacturers. It also provides oil optimization by being used in ALLISON OFF-ROAD transmissions (5000- 9000 series).

RUBIA WORKS 1000 15W-40 provides very good lubrication for hot engine parts thanks to its excellent thermal stability under long operating periods and harsh conditions.
The dispersant, detergent and anti-wear additives in its formula facilitate long oil change intervals (by resisting combustion residue dust, soot, water, fuel and acid formations).
RUBIA WORKS 1000 15W-40 has a strengthened viscosity at 100°C. It can thus provide high oil pressure to resist fuel dilution caused by long idling times and the use of Biodiesel (up to B30).
Its low pour point value allows the engine to be started at very low temperatures. It is suitable for all old and new engine brands and models.
