Refrigeration compressor oils for hydrocracked mineral, ammonia systems (R 717), reinforced with special additives.
LUNARIA NH 46
- In the lubrication of all refrigeration (piston and screw) compressors that use ammonia as a refrigerant.
- Hydrocracked and highly refined base oils to improve the oil change interval.
- In applications where the evaporation temperature is up to – 30 °C.
- High oxidation resistance to the presence of ammonia. Base oils and additives are specifically selected to prevent the formation of dirty engine oil (reaction of oil and ammonia).
- Excellent efficiency in the heat transfer system with its low pour point and feature that eliminates the risk of oil freezing in the evaporator.
- With its high flash point feature, it provides savings of 30 to 50% in oil consumption compared to other conventional oils.
- Good compatibility with elastomers (chloropene, NBR...).
- WARNING: Storage should be done by preventing the oil from coming into contact with water. Otherwise, water may clog the evaporator.
