KLUBERSYNTH HB 72-222

Klübersynth HB 72-222 is a new generation of synthetic hightemperature greases for the lubrication of support and guide rollers in conveyors. The product formulation does not contain any substances that are known to interfere with the application of paint such as silicone, PFPE or PTFE. This lubricant can therefore also be used on the conveyor chains of furnaces in paint shops. The thermally stable grease shows effective wear protection and a longer useful life as was determined in tests in comparison with other, similar greases.

Klübersynth HB 72-222 was developed for the initial fill and relubrication of support and guide rollers in conveyor systems, e.g. in automated wet or powder paint shops. In view of the many different paint systems and customer-specific testing criteria regarding paintcompatible greases, relevant tests should be performed by the user prior to each series application in the automotive industry.
Klübersynth HB 72-222 can be applied by means of spatula, brush, grease gun, grease cartridge or centralised lubricating systems.
If Klübersynth HB 72-222 is to be used in contact with elastomers or plastics, please check compatibility beforehand.
Prior to use in rolling bearings that already contain a grease, compatibility of the two lubricants should be checked and the bearing cleaned, if necessary. If the greases are miscible, the old grease can be replaced by means of relubrication.
