KLUBERSYNTH CH 6

Reliable operation, low maintenance efforts and cost are important factors for the operators of transport and lifting chains. Therefore, Klüber Lubrication developed Klübersynth CH 6-110 N, a hightemperature chain oil based on a thermally stable polyglycol. It is especially designed for the lubrication of chains in the automotive industry.

The selected base oil has a high viscosity index and contributes to the formation of an efficient lubricating film even at high temperatures. In addition, it offers a low friction value that reduces wear.

Klübersynth CH 6-110 N is compatible with most of the modern paints used in the automotive industry.

Klübersynth CH 6-110 N has been designed for the lubrication of transport and lifting chains in paint shops in the automotive industry. Klübersynth CH 6-110 N can also be used for high-temperature chain applications in conveyor systems requiring minimum residue formation, e.g.

  • suppliers to the automotive industry
  • manufacturers of household appliances
  • metal surface treatment plants

Klübersynth CH 6-110 N can be applied by means of commercial lubrication systems suitable for polyglycols and lubricating oils of ISO VG 100 grade.

In view of the many different paint systems and testing criteria, paint compatibility tests should be performed by the user prior to series application.

In the case of contact with elastomers and plastics their resistance to Klübersynth CH 6-110 N has also to be checked. Please contact our technical sales staff for further information and support where required.

  • Clean and easy-to-relubricate chains due to lower residue formation
  • Very good paint compatibility using a polyglycol base oil
  • Enables requested service lifetime of the chain due to good wear protection
  • Excellent friction behaviour of the polyglycol base oil reduces energy consumption
